The company has good products but doesn't always have inventory in Canada, so you need to order with a US account. Delivery was adequate. Two 16-panel installations completed to date. The 10kW 120/220 inverter is very functional and efficient. A little marvel.

The order was split into 3 deliveries, which was confusing at first. A call to the support team, cleared up that confusion, and the system components were shipped accordingly, and packed very well! In all it took about 3 weeks to receive everything.

I was start with the negative "I have" it's capacity is not quite enough to run my tankless water heater as of yet. I likely need 2 of them to power it. A detail to keep in mind the one in my cabin is a smaller sized one (required 40 amp breaker) double pole. Now the positives to start very good support via message/ emails on any questions queries and concerns on installation and operation. At first I couldn't get it to work or charge the batteries I have 4 server rack batteries. The response from Charlie was by the number exactly what settings to use. Then after a 3 day process to charge and equalized all 4 batteries individually to same voltage. Then I connected to my 2 sheds as only power supply. If I was only using it for that I would have 6-10 days of power without any solar charging. (Total system) the first 2.5 days connected it was cloudy weather and I only had 1800w of solar panels connected then it was running multiple lights constantly, medium deep freezer and smaller A.C. only down 25%. The next day I connected up the 1800 more watts of panels. In several hours it had fully recharged the batteries. As of now it has the battery bank recharged in about 30 minutes of sunshine. Then the connection to cabin it has a 100 amp breaker box the high drain/ draw is the tankless water heater and a mini-split air unit. I had a break in hot weather so it is off. Now, I was washing hands and the unit shut off then reset a few times. It restarted and I went to look at control panel. To find out not able to supply enough wattage for water heater. Not ment to be a knock on the unit just a screw up with my calculation really. Using the calculator in the Cubits app and guesstimation on wattage for the water heater I need 2 units paralleled together. The knock of a star is in part on how lacking the manual is on some parts. It explains how to parallel multiple units but limited "how to on settings" the diagrams are fairly detailed and connecting multiple units. The warning are concise enough for someone who is slightly more than a layman's level experience. Talking with a few electricians they are not proficient in solar systems as I am. But I've been using several smaller solar systems (12 v) for several years now. My first jump into the 48v systems for more efficiency.

Great product, great support! I sent an email with an answer within a few hours. Very happy with that. Only complaint is I wish you had a chat line or call center.
