Nice unit, but calibration not right.

I hooked up the monitor to a new 100Ah LiFePO4 battery from Eco-Worthy. Out of the box the display reads 2 Amps of current flow without any charge current going into the battery. With the charger disconnected it still reads 2 Amps.

I voided the warranty by removing the seal for the 2 potentiometers on the Hall Probe. It now zeros as it should. I will adjust the range value against a shunt.

Since this is a general purpose battery monitor, the settings for voltage, capacity, etc are readily changed. I would suggest good setting values for different battery types be included with the data sheet.
