GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY

14 Days DOA Product Guarantee
If one or more of the items you received are damaged, different, or not working, you will be protected by this Guarantee. Please contact us for Return Material Authorization within 14 days of the order being received. In the event of a replacement, ECO-WORTHY will arrange for return shipment of the defective unit, and once the part has been received and inspected, we will ship out the replacement part within 3 working days. To qualify under our Defective on Arrival policy, goods must be returned in their original packaging. Goods returned without original packaging will not be accepted.

30 Days No Reason Return
Standard in stock merchandise purchased through ECO-WORTHY may be returned within 30 days of the receipt of the product. You will receive a refund or credit towards your account, provided the merchandise is returned in the original packaging in new and resalable condition with the original blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. ECO-WORTHY will pay the shipping costs of the returned item(s) for the following reasons: carrier damage, defective product, product inconsistent with advertisements, incorrect product received, or for any extra products you did not order. For all other reasons, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. ECO-WORTHY requires at minimum 1-2 working days to inspect a returned item prior to issuing a refund or credit.

Please note that ECO-WORTHY will not accept returns with product modifications as it voids our warranty policy. Any modified products received will be returned to you at your expense.

Good battery at affordable price

Bought the 4-pack of 100AH BATTERIES on the official website to add to my home power back up system. Great price, good product and fast shipping - you can’t beat that. All 4 batteries arrived in great condition @35% SOC and have been recharging to 100AH each time. Customer service has been fast in responding to sales questions through email. I have ordered 2 more batteries on eBay to make it 6 batteries (mainly due to delivery window that works with my availability). I’ll do business with Eco-Worthy again and order more in the future as my budget allows to expand my battery storage capacity. I hope they’ll make storage racks available soon. Thanks.

Reasonable Batteries

Ecoworthy customer service so far has been awesome. Whenever I have had an issue. The issue was resolved quickly. I have brought two 51.2V server rack battery and the shipping was fast and the batteries are amazing. The batteries communicate with my inverter and when my budget allow it. I will be buying more batteries.

Eco-Worthy 5.12 kwh server rack battery

My 2 batteries arrived, well packaged, no damage. Charging up now at 5 amp, (soc on arrival was 38%) app is working, some connection glitches with wi-fi and bluetooth. Will put to use soon.

The battery is automatically equalized?

Battery working fine, communicates with my EG4 12000xp inverter. Give a 4 stars because the battery will only charge to a maximum of 99.8 AH at first. Little short of 100AH advertised,But after charging and discharging a few times the charging capacity returns to 100ah, it seems that the battery is automatically equalized?? Is this normal?

At first glance a good value….

Under the hood reveals some troubling issues. Foremost seems to be the BMS, it doesn’t have the balancing function figured out. Only cells 1-5 are ever being balanced. This is actually worse than no balancing at all in the longer term.
On a more positive note the initial capacity indicates at least 100A-hr.
