400w wind turbine

Received the item in a timely manner. The big green unloader had one bent foot. I was disappointed in the fact that there's alot of customer fabrication to do. The instructions showr re-enforced flanges but they only send one flat flange for the top. They want a lightning suppression system and guide wires installed on the pole and cement anchor bolts in the base but none of those parts are included. Good thing I'm a Mechanical Contractor with resources.

Excellent, but low power

Been up and running for over six straight years. However it started working better after the wind broke the nose cone off. As for its production its never had an output higher than 100W.

Received order quickly. Appears to be in good shape and of good quality. Will post more after it gets installed add-on parts not ordered yet

Can't Try It Yet

Have had this over a month, but can't find a pole to mount it on! There is no pole that comes with the turbine nor is there any recommendation for which pole to get. I purchased this knowing there wouldn't be a pole based on other reviews. I thought the instructions would provide some recommendations, but no. Instructions for set up are VERY vague. You need several other parts to make it feasible, like a lightning pole. The listing also doesn't explain how large the circular mount is at the base of the turbine. It comes with one extra as well, I assume to weld to a pole yourself? Because of the lack of into, you can't even buy a pole in advance to prepare for its arrival.
Please design a pole or tower that works with your product or recommend one that does!
